Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location Blaine, MN Position Full-Time Salary $115,000–$120,000/year Schedule Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary Provide therapy via telehealth to Minnesota clients while working within a predictable weekday schedule. You’ll focus on assessment, structured sessions, and consistent documentation.
What you'll do
- Deliver telehealth therapy sessions
- Conduct assessments and diagnostic documentation
- Create and maintain treatment plans
- Document progress notes and treatment updates in EMR
- Attend consults and clinical meetings
- Follow risk and escalation procedures
What they're looking for
- Active Minnesota license: LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT
- Master’s degree in a mental health discipline
- Comfortable working fully remote
Preferred qualifications
- Therapy experience preferred
