Represent your company accurately
Use a real company identity, accurate company information, and authorized hiring contacts. Do not impersonate another employer or create a company profile for an organization you do not represent.
Post only legitimate hiring opportunities
Jobs should correspond to a genuine hiring need and should clearly describe the role, work location or remote arrangement, employment type, key responsibilities, and material qualifications. Compensation should be entered carefully and should not be presented in a misleading way.
Keep hiring status current
If a role is no longer actively hiring, pause, close, or mark it filled. Confirming a role as open should mean the employer still intends to consider candidates for that position.
Communicate with applicants
Employers should provide meaningful updates when practical, especially after reviewing, interviewing, rejecting, or closing a role. HireMN may use qualifying response behavior to determine whether an employer earns a Responsive Employer signal.
Treat candidates fairly and lawfully
Do not use HireMN for unlawful discrimination, harassment, deceptive recruiting, improper requests for sensitive information, or conduct that violates applicable employment laws. Employers remain responsible for their own hiring practices and legal compliance.
Respect candidate information
Use application materials only for legitimate hiring-related purposes. Do not publish, sell, scrape, or misuse candidate information obtained through HireMN.
