HireMN Help

Find the right help without hunting for it.

Start with the section that matches what you are trying to do. If the answer is not here, send HireMN a support request.

For candidates

Applying on HireMN

Direct HireMN jobs can accept applications inside HireMN. Some employers require a résumé while others allow a profile-based application. Jobs marked as an employer career site send you to the employer's website instead.

Application updates

For applications submitted directly through HireMN, your application area can show status changes and messages from the employer. HireMN cannot track what happens after you leave for an external employer career site.

Saved searches and alerts

Saved searches can be set to Daily, Weekly, or Paused. You can manage email preferences from Communication settings after signing in.

For employers

Posting your first job

Create an employer account, add your company basics, and use the guided job-posting flow. Publishing a direct role records a real confirmation timestamp rather than inventing a freshness signal.

Managing applicants

Employer workspaces include candidate review, private notes, status changes, messaging, and job-status controls. Opening an application by itself does not count as a meaningful response for HireMN responsiveness metrics.

Account and sign-in help

If you forgot your password, use the secure password reset flow. Password-reset and email-verification links are one-time links with expiration. If you are still stuck, choose Account issue on the contact form.

Report a job or safety concern

Use the reporting option on a HireMN job when available, or send a job-report support request. Include the job link and enough detail for HireMN to review the concern.
