About the role
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC) Salary $115,000–$120,000 Schedule Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary We’re looking for licensed mental health professionals to join our remote team. You’ll deliver therapy to Minnesota residents through telehealth, helping clients manage stress, depression, and other challenges while ensuring clear progress tracking.
What you'll do
- Perform assessments and ongoing evaluations remotely.
- Provide individual and family counseling online.
- Maintain client notes and treatment records.
- Adjust care plans based on progress.
- Engage in virtual team meetings and training.
What they're looking for
- Active Minnesota license: LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
- Ability to manage caseloads independently.
Preferred qualifications
- At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
