About Opal Services, Inc.
Since 1972, Opal Services, Inc. has been working to create positive change within the community, and, most importantly, in the lives of the individuals we serve. Opal has evolved from a 54-bed facility to 4 person-group homes, and now, to meeting the needs of individuals regardless of where they call home. Our mission has always remained focused on our service recipients. Opal Services has some great opportunities available for those interested in a rewarding career as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) working with adults with intellectual and mental health challenges! Opal Services has 28 group homes throughout Dakota County as well as an Hourly Services Program that supports people in the community. We serve a great group of individuals and are looking for employees that want to make a difference in the lives of others!
