Seasonal Retail Sales Associate (Mall of America)

We need great people to represent the brand where it matters most…in front of our customers, and our Sales Associates are the ones who are there. What does a Seasonal Squishable Retail Sales Associate do? Our Seasonal Retail Sales Associates become Squishable ambassadors: they learn our unique products inside out and develop the communication skills to turn that knowledge into the highest level of customer service. As a member of the team, this person will:

• Perform all POS transactions efficiently and courteously during the busy holiday season
• Engage with customers and create a fun, memorable holiday shopping experience in the store
• Process inbound holiday shipments efficiently and accurately
• Maintain an organized inventory and ensure all merchandise is displayed according to brand visual guidelines
• Support the team with opening and closing duties as assigned, particularly during peak holiday periods

• Must have flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous retail experience, preferably in a pop-up, promotional, or boutique environment
• Able to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Must be 18 years of age or older Compensation Pay range is $16.00-$17.00 per hour Benefits & Perks:
