About the role
Watkins Wellness is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join our Customer Experience team! DISCOVER If you enjoy helping customers find the right solution, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience, this could be the opportunity for you. As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be a key point of contact for our dealer network across the U.S. and Canada, supporting incoming inquiries, processing orders, coordinating custom projects, and helping deliver a seamless experience from quote to completion. You'll partner closely with dealers, regional sales managers, production planning, accounting, and technical support teams to ensure customers receive accurate information, timely updates, and solutions that meet their needs. Success in this role comes from taking ownership, staying organized, and paying close attention to detail. We're looking for someone who can manage multiple priorities independently, review requests for accuracy, align customer expectations with our capabilities, and help ensure the final product meets the customer's needs.
