About the role
Virtual Licensed Therapist (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC) – Minnesota Position Summary We’re hiring therapists licensed in Minnesota to provide virtual therapy services for adults. This position is ideal for clinicians who want to combine flexibility, structure, and the opportunity to support clients in achieving long-term wellness. Schedule & Salary
- Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
- Annual salary: $100,000 – $110,000

What you'll do
- Lead one-on-one teletherapy sessions for adult clients
- Develop measurable treatment plans tailored to client needs
- Monitor and adjust care strategies based on progress
- Provide supportive strategies for stress management and resilience
- Document services in compliance with standards
What they're looking for
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Active Minnesota license (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC)
- At least 2 years of clinical experience
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Strong communication and technology skills
