Compensation

We are hiring Occupational Therapists (OTs) in Elk River, MN, for the 2026–2027 school year, with full-time leave opportunities beginning in November and an additional part-time opportunity beginning in January. What Your Role Will Look Like Available Positions
- 2 Full-Time Occupational Therapist (1.0 FTE), leave coverage from November 2026–March 2027
- 1 Part-Time Occupational Therapist (0.5 FTE), January 2027 through the end of the 2026–2027 school year

What you'll do
- Grade Levels Preschool–12th grade, with assignments varying by building and student needs
- Caseload Student assignments vary by building, programming, and level of support needed
- Service Model Primarily indirect and consultative services, with direct services provided as student needs require
- Student Population Includes early childhood, center-based special education programs, students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and students with sensory and functional support needs
- Responsibilities Support students' fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills as they relate to educational participation, while collaborating with educators and special education teams Team & Workplace Support
- Collaborative OT team with opportunities for regular consultation and shared problem-solving
- Centralized workspace for documentation, preparation, and collaboration
- Additional workspace available within assigned buildings

- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Minnesota Occupational Therapist (OT) license issued by the Minnesota Board of Occupational Therapy Practice
