Responsibilities include: Fert Tech duties, schedule and organize crews and equipment, oversee jobsite quality, safety and overall performance, work with sales team on client requests, manage materials, and review weekly payroll of crews. Winter responsibilities include managing a section of sites for snow removal. Oversee assigned crews and routes, interact with clients, check quality and operate snow removal equipment.
